What is Paternity Fraud?
Paternity Fraud - 1. is the act of falsely naming a man to be the
biological father of a child, particularly for child support purposes,
by the mother when she knows or suspects that he is not the biological
father. 2. To deceive a child as to his/her paternal, genetic heritage, which harms the long term medical welfare of a child.
Cuckold - 1. A man whose wife or girlfriend is unfaithful; 2. the husband of an adulteress, a paternity fraud victim. 3. A man that has been lied to about a child(s) paternity.
